I love my dental hygienist, Brandi. She is the only hygienist that I have ever had that actually respected and adapted to my idiosyncrasies. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time with me. She is very in-tune with her clients.

Mr. Young is about to do a procedure on me and made me feel at home and very comfortable while explaining what he needed to do, his nurses and stafff were also very professional and understanding of my problems and helped me out immensely.

I’m moving from Nac and heading back to Kingwood. I have a tooth that has bothered me. Dr Polk took the time to get an appointment for me, August the 4th.
That made me feel better that I wouldn’t be waiting for weeks or months.

i am a high functioning autistic person and really struggle at dentists because of how overwhelming they can be. had to get a root canal and tooth fixed today and i told them beforehand that i get really anxious with stuff being done to my teeth, especially needles and i asked if it was okay to use my headphones and have something over my eyes so i wont see everything happening and i could tune most of it out and they were so understanding. the dentist put numbing gel on my gums before he gave me the numbing shots so that i wouldn’t feel it as badly when he gave me the shots. it was genuinely such a nice and easy experience and when i needed to listen for a minute for them to do something he’d lightly tap my arm so i could pull one ear of my headphones off and then would let me put them back on after i did what was needed and it really made me feel comfortable at the dentist for the first time in a while. everyone there is so nice and understanding and i definitely recommend going here if you are someone who struggles with dentists as well!
